Southland Mall – Highlights
6 • Opportunities exist at Southland Mall.

• Where appropriate, turn retail facing outwards to change the curb appeal and ease of access at the property.
• Brookfield continues to invest in the infrastructure of the property and in attracting successful retail.
• Brookfield has a large team of Leasing specialists focused on the center for long-term national deals, short-term local deals, and event activations. • Brookfield has also recently started the Partner to Empower program to assist and incubate minority owned businesses with a pool of $25M in 2022.
