SUBJECT Adopt a Resolution Accepting the Resignation of Mr. Roy Mick Rubio from the Community Services Commission, Effective Immediately
RECOMMENDATION
That the Council adopts a resolution (Attachment II) accepting the resignation of Mr. Roy Mick Rubio from the Community Services Commission, effective immediately.
SUMMARY AND DISCUSSION
Mr. Roy Mick Rubio was appointed to the Community Services Commission on September 15, 2020. Mr. Roy Mick Rubio’s resignation becomes effective immediately, per his resignation letter (Attachment III).
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
STRATEGIC ROADMAP
The agenda item is a routine operational item and does not relate to one of the Council’s Strategic Roadmap.
