RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF MR. ZACHARIAH OQUENDA FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION WHEREAS, Mr. Zachariah Oquenda was appointed to the Planning Commission on January 26, 2021; WHEREAS, Mr. Zachariah Oquenda submitted a resignation letter on November 14, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hayward that the Council hereby accepts the resignation of Mr. Zachariah Oquenda; and commends him for his civic service to the City.
