General Municipal Election: Adopt a Resolution Acknowledging Receipt of Certificate of Election Results and Official Canvass of the General Municipal Election Held November 8, 2022, and Declaring the Results Thereof (Report from City Clerk Lens) A motion was made by Mayor Halliday, seconded by Lamnin, to approve staff's recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: Council Member Andrews, Lamnin, Council Member Marquez, Mayor Salinas, Council Member Zermeno, and Mayor Halliday

The motion carried by the following vote:

A motion was made by Council Member Zerme ño, seconded by Council Member Roche, to approve staff's recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote:
