RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022; AND THE MEMORANDUM ON INTERNAL CONTROL AND REQUIRED COMMUNICATIONS WHEREAS, the audit of the financial statements and internal controls of the City of Hayward has been completed for the year ended June 30, 2022, by the City’s independent auditors, Maze & Associates.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hayward that the City Council accepts and files the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the Year Ended June 30, 2022, and the accompanying Memorandum of Internal Control and Required Communications letters.
