1. Approval of Meeting Minutes from April 5, 2023
Action: Minutes reviewed and unanimously approved.
2. Facilities Needs Assessment and Potential Funding Options
City Manager McAdoo, Assistant City Manager Claussen, and Director Gonzales provided an overview of current facility infrastructure needs, and potential funding options.
Chuck Finnie, Communications & Marketing Officer, Miranda Everett, FM3 Research, and Bonnie Moss of Clifford Moss provided an overview of a sample community survey and outreach strategies for exploring funding options to address facility infrastructure needs.
Action: The Committee received the presentation and provided feedback on the assessment needs and funding options.
3. Review and Approve the FY 2023/2024 Agenda Planning Calendar
Action: The Committee reviewed the calendar.
