RESOLUTION NO. 23-

RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CITY OF HAYWARD STRATEGIC ROADMAP FOR FISCAL YEARS 2024 TO 2025+ WHEREAS, on January 28, 2020 the City Council adopted the City’s first Three-Year Strategic Roadmap; and WHEREAS, in February and March of 2023, Council provided comments through interviews and a survey on the creation of a new Strategic Roadmap; and WHEREAS, on May 9, 2023, Council held a retreat to review staff’s recommendations for a new Roadmap and provide direction and feedback; and WHEREAS, on May 23, 2023 Council provided further feedback during a work session, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Hayward approves and adopts the Hayward Strategic Roadmap for Fiscal Years 2024 to 2025+ as shown in Attachment III to this item.
