RESOLUTION APPROVING AND APPROPRIATING THE COMMUNITY AGENCY FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hayward hereby approves and appropriates the Community Agency Funding recommendations for Fiscal Year 2024, as approved by City Council on April 25, 2023, and shown in Exhibit A, in a total amount not to exceed $1,270,533 which is incorporated by reference herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that except as may be otherwise provided, any and all expenditures relating to the objectives described in the Community Agency budget are hereby approved and authorized and payments therefore may be made by the Director of Finance of the City of Hayward without further action of Council.
