resolution Authorizing the City Manager to transfer up to $59,801.50 from Fund 230 to Fund 730 to reimburse the IT Department for the CENIC upgrade work at the Weekes Branch library WHEREAS, the IT department and Library department partnered on an infrastructure upgrade project at the Weekes Branch Library to improve internet connectivity; and WHEREAS, the IT department funded the costs for the install of the upgraded system in the amount of $59,801.50; and WHEREAS, after the installation was completed, the Library received a grant from Califa and the California State Library to cover the costs of the system; and WHEREAS, a reimbursement from the Library department to the IT department will go between funds (Fund 230 to Fund 730).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Hayward authorizes the City Manager to transfer up to $59,801.50 from Fund 230 to Fund 730 to reimburse IT for the internet connectivity upgrade at the Weekes Branch Library.
