Alternative 2: This alternative provides a full diamond interchange at Whitesell Street and maintains the existing westbound off-ramp to Clawiter Road, operating as one interchange. It includes realignment of Breakwater Avenue to maintain local east-west circulation between Clawiter Road and Whitesell Street. The existing Clawiter Road overcrossing is maintained to provide local vehicle circulation across SR-92. The intersection of Eden Landing Road and Clawiter Road is raised to accommodate the Whitesell Street Overcrossing.
