LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS
1. Adopt a Resolution Amending the Ratified Proclamation of Local Emergency Due to Cybersecurity Incident LB 23-034
Staff report submitted by City Manager McAdoo dated August 7, 2023, was filed.
City Manager McAdoo provided a synopsis of the staff report and addressed one question.
There being no public comment, Mayor Salinas opened and closed the public hearing at 7:09 p.m.
It wa s moved by Counc il M ember Zermeño, seconded by Council Mem ber Goldstein, and carried by the following roll call vote, to approve the resolution.
