CONSENT
1. Adoption of Ordinance Amending the Hayward Municipal Code and Traffic Code to Establish Regulations for Sidewalk Vending
A motion was made by Council Member Syrop, seconded by Council Member Zerme ño, to approve staff's recommendation with an amendment to Section 6-16.50 (o) Operational Regulations. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5 - Council Member Andrews, Council Member Bonilla Jr., Council Member Roche, Council Member Syrop, and Council Member Zermeño
Absent: 2 - Council Member Goldstein, and Mayor Salinas
PUBLIC HEARING
2. Micromobility Feasibility Study: Adopt a Resolution Approving Recommended Short- and Long-term Micromobility Programs (Report from Public Works Director Ameri) A motion was made by Council Member Zerme ño, seconded by Council Member Andrews, to approve staff's recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote:
