RESOLUTION APPROVING MODIFICATIONS TO THE COUNCIL MEMBER HANDBOOK WHEREAS, following the annual Council governance retreat on April 22, 2023, the Mayor convened an Ad Hoc Committee comprising himself, Council Member Goldstein, and Council Member Syrop to review and recommend proposed modifications to the Council Member Handbook; and WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed and accepted the modifications and edits to the Handbook as presented in the October 24, 2023 staff report and attachments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Hayward adopts the proposed modifications to the Council Member Handbook and authorizes the City Clerk to finalize and publish the revised Handbook.
