RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with Precision Survey Supply LLC for the RTC360 3D Laser Scanner in an Amount Not to Exceed $130,000 WHEREAS, the Hayward Police Department purchased a Leica 3D scanner in 2007 which is now outdated, unusable, and cannot be repaired; and WHEREAS, the City of Hayward intends to acquire a RTC360 3D Laser Scanner from Precision Survey Supply, LLC in an amount not to exceed $130,000; and WHEREAS, there will not be an additional impact on the City’s general fund as the current 3D scanner was identified as equipment needing replacement on HPD’s CIP equipment replacement schedule and will be funded with the Hayward Police Department’s CIP fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hayward that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement with Precision Survey Supply, LLC in an amount not-to-exceed $130,000 for the RTC360 3D Laser Scanner.
