The City of Hayward (“City”) is the Lead Agency for an Initial Study that will be prepared for the proposed 24764 & 24656 Mohr Drive Residential Project (“project”), consistent with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The proposed project would involve the construction of a new single-family residential subdivision including 12 single- family residences, seven (7) of which would include Junior Accessory Dwelling Units.
