RESOLUTION to CONFIRM THE MAYOR’S council appointments AS shown in the attached council appointments list, dated January 25, 2024 WHEREAS, on December 12, 2023, Council adopted a resolution to establish a Council Public Safety Committee and combine the Airport and Infrastructure Committees; and WHEREAS, According to the Council Handbook, it shall be the prerogative of the Mayor to assign individual Council Members to these various committees; and WHEREAS, Also according the Council Handbook, the City Council will consider ratification of the Mayor’s Council Appointments List via a Consent item.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Hayward that the attached Council Appointments List, dated January 25, 2024, is hereby ratified.
