SUBJECT: Adopt an Ordinance Amending Chapter 10, Article 1 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Hayward Municipal Code Rezoning a Property to the Medium Density Residential District in Connection with Zone Change Application No. MTA-23-0005
RECOMMENDATION
That the Council adopts the Ordinance introduced on January 30, 2024.
SUMMARY
This item entails adoption of an Ordinance amending Chapter 10, Article 1 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Hayward Municipal Code rezoning a property to the Medium Density Residential District in connection with Zone Change Application No. MTA-23-0005, introduced on January 30, 2024, by Council Member Roche.

The Ordinance was introduced by Council Member Roche at the January 30, 2024, meeting of the City Council with the following vote:
