That the Council adopts the Ordinance introduced on May 7, 2024.

This item entails adoption of an Ordinance adding Article 22, Chapter 8 to the Hayward Municipal Code regarding Water and Wastewater Enterprise Revenue Bond Law, introduced on May 7, 2024, by Council Member Bonilla Jr.

The Ordinance was introduced by Council Member Bonilla Jr., at the May 7, 2024, meeting of the City Council with the following vote:
