SUBJECT: Adopt an Ordinance Amending Chapter 6, Article 16 of the Hayward Municipal Code Related to Regulations for Sidewalk Vending by Amending Sections 6-16.70 and 6-16.80 and Adding 6-16.90
RECOMMENDATION
That the Council adopts the Ordinance introduced on June 18, 2024.
SUMMARY
This item entails adoption of an Ordinance amending Chapter 6, Article 16 of the Hayward Municipal Code, relating to regulations for sidewalk vending by amending sections 6-16.70 and 6-16.80 and adding 6-16.90, introduced on June 18, 2024, by Mayor Salinas.

The Ordinance was introduced by Mayor Salinas at the June 18, 2024, meeting of the City Council with the following vote:
