RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION, KEEP HAYWARD CLEAN AND GREEN TASK FORCE, LIBRARY COMMISSION, PERSONNEL COMMISSION AND PLANNING COMMISSION WHEREAS, the City conducted its annual recruitment for the Library Commission, Personnel Commission, and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the recruitment for the Community Services Commission and Keep Hayward Clean and Green Task Force was not conducted as the Council is currently evaluating the membership size of both groups; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed fifty-five applications, and interviewed twelve eligible applicants on August 27, 2024; and WHEREAS, the City Council selected a total of six members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Hayward does hereby confirm the appointment of the following as members of the commissions and task force, for the terms as designated.
