RECOMMENDATION
That the Council adopts the Ordinance introduced on December 3, 2024.
SUMMARY
This item entails adoption of an Ordinance amending Chapter 12, Article 2 of the Hayward Municipal Code relating to Tenant Relocation Assistance, introduced on December 3, 2024, by Council Member Goldstein.
BACKGROUND
The Ordinance was introduced by Council Member Goldstein at the December 3, 2024, meeting of the City Council with the following vote:
