SUBJECT: Adopt a n Ordinance Amending Reach Codes for the City of Hayward by Amending the City’s Off-Street Parking Regulations (Chapter 10, Article 2) of the Hayward Municipal Code
RECOMMENDATION
That the Council adopts the Ordinance introduced on December 17, 2024.
SUMMARY
This item entails adoption of an Ordinance amending Chapter 10, Article 2 of the Hayward Municipal Code relating to the City’s Off-Street Parking Regulations, introduced on December 17, 2024, by Council Member Andrews.
BACKGROUND
The Ordinance was introduced by Council Member Andrews at the December 17, 2024, meeting of the City Council with the following vote:

MAYOR Salinas
