RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE MAYOR’S COUNCIL APPOINTMENTS AS
SHOWN IN THE ATTACHE D COUNCIL APPOINTMENTS LIST , DATED JANUARY 21, 2025
WHEREAS, on December 10, 2024, Council adopted a resolution acknowledging the receipt of and declaring the results of the City Council Election for four (4) of the City’s Council Members; and
WHEREAS, according to the Council Handbook, i t shall be the prerogative of the Mayor to assign individual Council Members to these various committees; and
WHEREAS, also according the Council Handbook , the City Council will consider ratification of the Mayor’s Council Appointments List via a Consent item.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Hayward that the attached Council Appointments List, dated January 21, 2025 is hereby ratified.
