RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF MR. LUCAS BANKS FROM
THE CLEAN AND GREEN COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Mr. Lucas Banks was appointed to the Keep Hayward Clean a nd Green Task Force on September 20, 2022; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Lucas Banks was reappointed on September 12, 2023; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Lucas Banks submitted a resignation letter on February 25, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of Hayward that the City Council hereby accepts the resignation of Mr. Douglas Mansel; and commends him for his civic service to the City.
