ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Salinas adjourned the City Council meeting at 7:55 p.m., in memory of Mike Rabeck, Public Works Department Utilities Maintenance Mechanic, who was struck by a vehicle while riding a motorized bicycle in a fatal accident. Mayor Salinas asked that a tree be planted in memory of Mike Rabeck.
