RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF MS. MARHYA KELSCH FROM
THE LIBRARY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Ms. Marhya Kelsch was appointed to the Library Commission on January 23, 2024; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Marhya Kelsch submitted a letter of resignation on May 6, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hayward that the Council hereby accepts the resignation of Ms. Mahya Kelsch; and commend s her for her service to the City.
