RECOMMENDATION
That the Council adopts the Ordinance introduced on May 20, 2025.
SUMMARY
This item entails adoption of an Ordinance amending Chapter 9, Article 9, regarding Universal Residential Design and Visitability standards for the City of Hayward , introduced on May 20, 2025, by Council Member Goldstein.

The Ordinance was introduced by Council Membe r Goldstein, at the May 20, 2025, meeting of the City Council with the following vote:
