RECOMMENDATION
That the Council adopts the Ordinance introduced on May 27, 2025.
SUMMARY
This item entails adoption of an Ordinance adding Chapter 3, Article 16, regarding Fire Hazard Severity Zones, introduced on May 27, 2025, by Council Member Bonilla Jr.

The Ordinance was introduced by Council Membe r Bonilla Jr., at the May 27, 2025, meeting of the City Council with the following vote:
