SUBJECT: Adopt a Resolution Accepting the Resignation of Commissioner Lucy Woo from the Personnel Commission, Effective Immediately
RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council adopts a resolution (Attachment II) accepting the resignation of Commissioner Lucy Woo, effective immediately.
SUMMARY AND DISCUSSION
Commissioner Lucy Woo was appointed to the Personnel Commission on September 20, 2022.
Lucy Woo’s resignation becomes effective immediately, according to her resignation letter (Attachment III).
Ms. Lucy Woo’s vacated position may be filled as part of the annual appointment process for the City’s appointed officials to commissions.

The agenda item is a routine operational item and does not relate to one of the City Council’s Strategic Initiatives.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
