RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITYGATE, LLC AND THE HAYWARD FIRE
DEPARTMENT TO PERFOM A STANDARDS OF COVER STUDY IN AN AMOUNT- NOT-TO-EXCEED $99,943
WHEREAS, the Hayward Fire Department seeks to perform a departmental analysis known as the Standards of Cover; and
WHEREAS, the budget has been established though the City Manager’s general fund in fiscal year 25; and
WHEREAS, the Hayward Fire Department completed a request for proposal through OPenGov and received seven (7) potential vendors; and
WHEREAS, t he Hayward Fire De partment selected CityGate , LLC to complete the Standards of Cover after thorough and complete evaluation of qualifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Hayward that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement between the Hayward Fire Department and Citygate LLC to perform the Standards of Cover survey in an amount -not- to-exceed $99,943.
