Hello city council members,
My name is Danny Rivera at , Hayward CA 94542 I am asking for relief regarding the penalty being assessed on my property Invoice EG24- 11052, EG24-11601and EG24-10262
I would like to request that this assessment / penalty be reduced to just one invoice.
You understand that it was incredibly difficult to find a credible engineering firm to take on this tiny project but once we teamed up with Mike Milani, we proceeded to move forward. I did take a long time to find the source.
I much rather use the finances to complete the project.
I have provided the required grading permit through the following engineering firm.

Dear Mayor and City Council Members,
I saw on the agenda of the next City Council meeting that the La Vista Park project will be discussed. I'll keep my message short and just express my strong hope that the City Council vote to approve the resolutions to move this long-awaited project forward. Having a beautiful, destination park in the area will bring many, many benefits to the community. This is a project that I am very excited and hopeful for.

Good evening, Mayor, Councilmembers, and staff.
My name is Karen Moore, I live in the Spanish Ranch one Mobile Home Park, I moved to Hayward in the late sixties, left and came back to retire here, and I’m a resident who watched your June 17th meeting live from my home on YouTube. I want to thank you for making your meetings accessible to the public—that transparency matters.
At that meeting, one of the agenda items addressed the City’s budget deficit. I attend many city council meetings across different cities because I believe it’s essential for residents to stay informed and engaged in how local government makes decisions that affect our daily lives.
Hayward, like many cities, is facing difficult choices. But I urge you tonight to continue seeking solutions that protect essential services, especially for our most vulnerable residents. Budget deficits should not mean cuts that harm public safety, housing programs, or environmental initiatives that are crucial to our community’s future.
I also encourage you to expand public outreach. Many residents are concerned about the budget but may not know how to participate. Please consider holding community workshops or town halls focused specifically on the budget process. Give people more opportunities to be heard before decisions are finalized. As I watched it I thought if more citizens followed the laws we could reduce police overtime, if we were aware of safety around the home we could reduce fire response cost. There are many ways the citizens actions create cost or save cost for our public servants. I think public service messages need to be created because so many need to do our part in helping our city thrive. We also can shop local so those taxes Improve our city. My concern is that a recession is coming and citizens need to get ready to pull up their sleeves and help you help us make Hayward the city I’ve always seen it to be. Tap into the retired even more for volunteer opportunities we have skills and we can be a valuable resource.
Finally, I appreciate the thoughtful discussion you’ve had so far and ask that you continue balancing fiscal responsibility with compassion and equity. The decisions you make today will shape Hayward’s resilience for years to come.

As
a public member, I have raised my serious safety and animal cruelty related concerns to you repeatedly.
You have totally ingnored them. My issues have continued where I am daily home invaded, my property is stolen and my animals are brutally subjected to cruelty.
Hayward Police Department and Animal Shelter as well as City of Hayward has been involved in it since at least 2021 with behind the scene involvement of some corrupt officials of US government including but not limited to FBI, NSA, DOJ, USAF , DOD, US Military and others. I refer you back to my past weeks' comments to you that has many details and I implore you is that legal, fair and just.

It is very real, deep, evil and ugly and unfortunately some deranged, morally void, highly corrupt and sociopath people take part in it. A former FBI Senior Agent Mr. Ted Gunderson attested that it is FBI, CIA and the US government who is behind it targetting some people for various reasons and intends to destroy those people.

I am once again urging you to look into this serious public trust and safety issue by auditing HPD and HAS as well.
They are blatantly violating all kinds of laws which you should not condone. They refuse to produce public records even. They are participating in hacking, wiretapping and ground, drones, satellites, planes and helicopter illegal stalking of me and doing illegal search and seizure. This is constitutional violation of 4th Amendment, California Privacy and also Stalking laws and it cannot be overlooked. You must intervene and stop it immediately and not become a part of it.
I request my concerns be put on upcoming Agenda so you could address it.
