RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO INCREASE THE EXISTING CONTRACT AMOUNT WITH
WEST COAST CODE CONSULTANTS FOR PLAN REVIEW SERVICES FOR THE HAYWARD FIRE DEPARTMENT IN A NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $250,000
OVER THREE YEARS
WHEREAS, the Hayward Fire Department has an existing contract with West Coast Code Consultants to provide plan review services until 2028; and
WHEREAS, overall contract spending will exceed $100,000 over the duration of the contract period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hayward that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to increase the contract amount with West Coast Code Consultants for plan review services in an amount -not-to- exceed $250,000 over three years, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
