Review and Approve of the Council Budget and Finance Committee October 15, 2025, Meeting Minutes Moved by Councilmember Syrop, Second by Bonilla Jr.
Action: Minutes reviewed and unanimously approved.
Report and Discussion of Status of Fiscal Year 2025/26
Finance Director Hilbrants presented.
Action: Staff received directions from Committee and will update reports to reflect comments.
Discuss February Update/Fiscal Sustainability Plan (Oral Report) Finance Director Hilbrants presented.
Action: Staff received directions from Committee and will complete requests.
