City Attorney Lawson reported that the City Council met with its property negotiations team to discuss the item, gave direction to staff, but took no reportable action. The closed session adjourned at 6:47 p.m.

4. Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Agreements with Alameda County Transportation Commission and Union Pacific Railroad to Facilitate Project Advancement Into the Construction Phase
