SUBJECT: Request for Lease Amendment – Lessee Entity Update from Ramesta Hospitality LLC to Ramesta Hospitality LP
To Whom It May Concern
We are writing on behalf of Ramesta Hospitality LLC, the current lessee under the lease agreement dated November 15, 2017, for the property located at 22101 Hesperian Blvd, hayward, CA 94541 We request an amendment to the existing lease agreement to reflect a change in the legal structure of the lessee entity from a Limited Liability Company (LLC) to a Limited Partnership (LP). The new lessee entity name is Ramesta Hospitality LP.
Please note the following:
The change is solely a successor by conversion from LLC to LP structure There has been no change in ownership, control, or business operations. The LP has the same federal tax identification number (EIN) as the LLC. All obligations under the lease will continue to be honored without interruption or modification.
We kindly ask that the lease be amended to reflect the updated lessee name: Ramesta Hospitality LP effective as of 03/11/2024 or if it is not possible to backdate it, please make it effective 01/01/2025, with all other terms and conditions of the lease remaining unchanged. Enclosed are the relevant support documents, including:
1. Certificate of Conversion (LLC to LP)
2. IRS confirmation of unchanged EIN
