RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council adopts the Ordinance introduced on June 16, 2026.
SUMMARY
This item entails the adoption of an Ordinance approving an amendment to the Hayward Municipal Code Chapter 2, Article 3, Section 90, relating to the Community Services Commission. The Ordinance was introduced on June 16, 2026, by Council Member Bonilla Jr.
