eComment: We need to know more about the DATA CENTER coming to Hayward! Who approved this? Have studies impact to human health, on the water, environment and wildlife been completed prior to approval? What is the exact location? Where will the water come from to cool the units? Where will the electricity come from to power it? Who benefited from this to explain why it was kept in the dark from the residents of Hayward?
