Analysis: Fire Overtime is running high due to FLSA settlement back payments and significant strike team activity. However, staff anticipates requesting an adjustment for Fire to increase appropriations with an offsetting revenue for OES reimbursement and transfer from Risk Management Fund for FLSA Settlement. Reimbursements for strike teams are arriving faster than past years.
