CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Jimenez called to order the special meeting of the City Council of the City of Healdsburg at 4:00 P.M., noting that the following Councilmembers were present/absent:
Present: Councilmembers: Hagele, Kelley, Mitchell, Palacios and Mayor Jimenez
Absent: Councilmembers: None.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
On a motion by Councilmember Mitchell, seconded by Vice Mayor Kelley, approved the March 16, 2022 special meeting agenda as submitted. The motion carried on a unanimous roll call vote. (Ayes 5, Noes 0, Absent – None)
PUBLIC COMMENT
There were no public comments.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council recessed to meet in closed session to discuss the following:
A. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 - Conference with Labor Negotiators
Agency Negotiators: City Manager Kay, Administrative Services Director Sturmfels, and Contract Labor Negotiator Patrick Clark
Employee Organizations: HPOA and IBEW
No action was taken during or following the closed session, only direction was given to Staff.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no other business to discuss, the special meeting was adjourned at 5:30 P.M.
