CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Kelley called to order the special meeting of the City Council of the City of Healdsburg at 5:00 P.M., noting that the following Councilmembers were present/absent:
Present: Councilmembers: Edwards, Herrod, Hagele, Mitchell and Mayor Kelley
Absent: Councilmembers: None.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was unanimously approved by all the Councilmembers present.
PUBLIC COMMENT
There were no public comments.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council recessed to meet in closed session to discuss the following:
A. Conference with Legal Counsel – Existing Litigation
Conference with Legal Counsel regarding litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1): One (1) Sonoma County Superior Court case: Terracon Constructors, Inc. v. City of Healdsburg, Case No. SCV-268876 No action was taken during or following the closed session, only direction was given to Staff.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no other business to discuss, the special meeting was adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
