2. PUBLIC COMMENT AT A SPECIAL MEETING
Members of the public shall have the opportunity to address the City Council concerning any item listed on the agenda during consideration of that item, when the Mayor opens public comment. There will be no public comment on nonagendized items at this meeting.
3. NEW BUSINESS
A. Healdsburg Avenue Bridge Illumination in Support of Israel By motion, consider a request to illuminate the Healdsburg Avenue Bridge in support of Israel.
B. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Plan Presentation
Receive a presentation from City Staff on the implementation of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Plan and provide feedback to staff.

C. Presentación del Plan de Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión Recibir una presentación del personal de la Ciudad sobre la implementación del Plan de Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión y proporcionar comentarios al personal.
