Members of the public shall have the opportunity to address the City Council concerning any item listed on the agenda during consideration of that item, when the Mayor opens public comment. There will be no public comment on nonagendized items at this meeting.

A. Hearing to Consider Retail Cannabis Business Applications Hold a public hearing and consider adopting a Resolution awarding retail cannabis business permits to two applicants.
