CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Mitchell called to order the special meeting of the City Council of the City of Healdsburg at 4:35 P.M., noting that the following Councilmembers were present/absent:
Present: Councilmembers: Edwards, Hagele, Herrod, Kelley, and Mayor Mitchell
Absent: Councilmembers: None.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
On a motion by Councilmember Kelley, seconded by Councilmember Edwards, approved the January 6, 2025 Special Meeting Agenda as submitted. The motion carried on a unanimous roll call vote. (Ayes 5, Noes 0, Absent – None)
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mark McMullen commented on the City’s exposure to litigation and transition to district elections.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council recessed to meet in closed session to discuss the following:
A. Conference with Legal Counsel regarding Exposure to Litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2): Two (2) cases.
No action was taken during or following the closed session, only direction was given to Staff.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no other business to discuss, the special meeting was adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
