CURRENT PROJECT STATUS
We are currently processing a Parcel Map through the City's Engineering Department which we expe of the City Council for approval shortly. The Parcel Map creates 4 Legal Parcels that follow the 4 phas development as approved by the City Council on May 14, 2020.
We were additionally working with our engineers and the City on Mass Grading Plans for Phase I of the hope of beginning that work this year. However, due to the extremely high costs for the project's grading, and removal of dirt associated with Phase I, we have temporarily put those plans on pause to best way to get the project off the ground.
