RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive presentation from D.R. Horton on conceptual development plans for the former McLeod horse ranch property at 215 Skelly and provide feedback to applicants.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this presentation, given by D.R. Horton, is to provide an overview of the project to the community and to obtain feedback from Council prior to a development application being submitted.
