1. 22-062 Proposal by D.R. Horton to develop 7-acre parcel at 215 Skelly with 40 single-family residences.
City Manager Hall introduced the item and Community Development Director Reber provided a staff report. Mr. Reber introduced the applicants, Adam Foster, Chris Zaballos and Jorden Tappin of D.R. Horton Development.

Mr. Adam Foster gave a presentation of the proposed project of 40 single-family residences on a 7-acre parcel located at 215 Skelly Ave., Hercules, CA.
