RESOLUTION NO. 22-
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Hercules Authorization To Contract With Tripepi Smith AND APPROVING A BUDGET APPROPRIATION OF $42,300.26 for Design, Print, and Mail Services Related to the Polling and Strategic Communication Services for Ballot Measures to Extend the Utility Users Tax (UUT), and the Viability of Becoming a Charter City for the Limited Purpose of Increasing the Real Property Transfer Tax (RPTT) WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the FY 2021-22 Budget on June 22, 2021, representing the financial plan for conducting the affairs of the City of Hercules; and WHEREAS, staff is proposing that General Fund expenditure appropriations for the design, print, and mail services related to the second phase of Election Opinion Poll Services; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the report and recommendations of the City Manager on the budget amendments and has determined that the budget amendments are both fair, appropriate, and warranted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hercules as follows:
The Council hereby approves an amendment to the City’s FY 2021-22 Budget to add $42,300.26 for the costs associated with design, print, and mail services related to the second phase of Election Opinion Poll Services The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Hercules held on the 12th day of April 2022, by the following vote of the Council:
