RESOLUTION NO. 22-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HERCULES AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE CALTRANS PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. F008 TO RECEIVE $492,000 IN FEDERAL GRANT FUNDING FOR THE SYCAMORE AVENUE REHABILITATION PROJECT WHEREAS, the City previously entered into Caltrans Administering Agency-State Agreement For Federal-Aid Projects No. 04-5117F15 to be eligible for federally-funded grants Caltrans administers; and WHEREAS, the City is now required to enter into Program Supplement Agreement No. F008 to said Master Agreement to receive $492,000 in federal grant funding for the Sycamore Avenue Rehabilitation Project; and WHEREAS, Program Supplement Agreements are used by local agencies throughout the State, are not eligible for language changes, and require that the local agencies follow Caltrans standard policies and procedures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hercules that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute Caltrans Program Supplement Agreement No. F008 to receive $492K in federal grant funding for the Sycamore Avenue Rehabilitation Project.
The foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Hercules held on the 12th day of April, 2022 by the following vote of the Council:
