SUBJECT: PRESENTATION ON HERCULES CONNECT - CONSTITUENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive a report on Hercules Connect, a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City of Hercules values its diverse community and seeks to provide programs and services to keep the public informed and engaged. To accomplish this goal, the City is launching Hercules Connect, a constituent relationship management (CRM) system. Hercules Connect will allow citizens to view important City information and submit questions or requests using their computers or mobile devices.
FISCAL IMPACT OF RECOMMENDATION:
Funds for establishing the Hercules Connect tool were appropriated through the FY 21-22 Annual Budget. No additional funds are requested.
DISCUSSION:
The developer for Hercules Connect, GOGov, has helped over 200+ local governments find solutions for citizen requests, code enforcement, citizen notifications, and online permitting. This evening, GOGov will give a demonstration of the functions available through the powerful tool.
