Since January 1, 2020, the following residential projects have been completed and received certificates of occupancy:
• Bayfront Block N (“The Exchange”): 172 multi-family units (162 apartments, plus 10 townhouses) • Bayfront Blocks Q & R (“The Grand”): 232 apartments
Other projects which have approved entitlements but which have not yet applied for building permits include:
• Bayfront Blocks M & P (“The Mint”): 267 apartments
• Bayfront Block O (“The Harbor House”): 120 apartments • Sycamore Crossing: 120 townhouses
• Hill Town: 598 multi-family units
